Google Sheets Connection
To sync your puzzle log with Google Sheets and save photos to Google Drive, you'll need to complete a one-time Google Cloud setup. Entries logged before connecting are saved in your browser and can be exported.
Setup Guide
Step 1 β Go to console.cloud.google.com and create a new project (e.g. "Puzzle Log")
Step 2 β Enable the Google Sheets API and Google Drive API in your project
Step 3 β Go to Credentials β Create Credentials β OAuth 2.0 Client ID. Application type: Web application. Add your site URL as an authorised origin
Step 4 β Create a Google Sheet with the name "Puzzle Log". The app will set up the columns automatically on first save
Step 5 β Create a Google Drive folder called "Puzzle Photos" and share it so your app can write to it
Step 6 β Paste the IDs above and click Save & Connect
